Hi, I’m Lexi 👋
I’m a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner Health Coach here to help women feel their absolute best.
Why? Because I’ve been where so many women are right now…
I woke up in my mid-20s feeling terrible — exhausted all the time, dealing with constant gut issues, on hormonal birth control for years, and just feeling off. Most doctors couldn’t give me answers because nothing I had was “diagnosable.”
Eventually, I realized my body was completely out of balance. And here’s the thing about the body: when one system is off, it creates a ripple effect that impacts everything else — until you bring it back into balance.
After seeing countless doctors, I finally started to feel better. But I was still frustrated that no one could ever explain why my body got so out of balance in the first place. I thought I was doing everything right — working out, eating healthy, taking my vitamins — yet something was still missing.
That curiosity (and frustration!) led me to become a certified Integrative Health Coach. I wanted to truly understand how the body works — and help other women avoid feeling as lost and drained as I once did.
I’m especially passionate about helping women because our bodies are so under-researched. So many women I talk to are dealing with gut issues, hormone imbalances, irregular cycles, PCOS, fatigue — you name it.
It’s not right. We deserve to feel amazing — we literally bring life into this world, for goodness sake!
So here’s my hope for you: That I help you learn how to bring your body back into balance so you can feel your best, thrive, and go after the life you want.
Of course, I’m not a doctor — we’re not diagnosing or treating diseases. But you’ll be amazed at how much your energy, mood, and health can improve when your body is in balance.

Not all health coaching certifications are created equal, which is why I chose to get certified through the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute. I wanted a well-rounded education that truly focuses on root-cause health.
Integrative health takes into account both conventional and alternative health practices to support the body as a whole. It's about addressing each person as an individual and creating customized protocols based on their unique needs, symptoms, and goals.
